📋 Description

• As a Sales Engineer - Emerging Enterprise at UiPath, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the sales team, uncovering how automation and AI can transform business processes and drive value.
• You will evangelize the value of automation combined with AI/ML, build and deliver industry-specific demos and proof of value (PoV), conduct process discovery sessions, and partner with sales to define account strategy and identify high-value use cases.
• You will collaborate with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to channel customer feedback, refine offerings, and share best practices across the GTM team while providing feedback to product teams for innovation.
• You will work in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment that values curiosity, self-propulsion, generosity, and genuine care for colleagues, customers, and UiPath’s mission to transform how the world works through automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role
• Experience in business transformation coupled with AI or RPA technical expertise
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Understanding of technical landscapes and ability to architect complex solutions
• Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating complex concepts to technical and business audiences
