- • Act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath sales team on automation and AI technology solutions powered by the UiPath platform.
- • Evangelize the value of digital workforce automation combined with AI/ML capabilities to transform business processes and unlock operational efficiency.
- • Partner with sales teams to define account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align technical solutions with desired business outcomes.
- • Conduct process discovery sessions to map current workflows, identify automation opportunities, and quantify potential ROI and efficiency gains.
- • Build and deliver industry-specific demos and Proof of Value (PoV) presentations tailored to prospect and customer needs.
- • Develop and advocate for industry-specific solution accelerators and marketplace offerings to enhance UiPath’s market positioning.
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- • Share best practices, lessons learned, and technical insights with other members of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to elevate overall team effectiveness.
- • Provide a continuous feedback loop to product teams to influence innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and refine platform capabilities.
- • Understand industry-specific challenges, headwinds, and opportunities to position UiPath solutions as strategic enablers of business transformation.
- • Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across business functions.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies to guide automation strategy.
- • Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements, demonstrations, and internal collaboration.
- • Remain adaptable and coachable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous learning and mastery of automation technologies.

- • Experience in a customer-facing or strategic consulting role
- • Experience in business transformation with AI or RPA technical expertise
- • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Understanding of technical landscapes and ability to architect complex solutions
- • Demonstrated experience simplifying complex concepts for technical and business audiences
