You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by supporting multiple sales channels, with a particular focus on larger enterprise-class businesses, ensuring that every client interaction is technically sound and strategically aligned to achieve our sales targets.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a reliable technical contributor to our sales teams. This involves addressing intricate product questions, delivering sophisticated and engaging product demonstrations, and meticulously developing comprehensive solution designs that precisely meet client requirements. You will be expected to handle multiple qualified sales opportunities concurrently, leveraging the full breadth of Birch Finance Inc.'s product portfolio to craft winning proposals and secure new business.
- • A key aspect of this role is your function as a liaison between the sales floor and our Product teams. You will actively participate in core team meetings, contributing insights from client interactions and market feedback to help shape and refine our product offerings. This collaborative effort ensures our products remain competitive and aligned with evolving market demands and customer expectations.
- • You will work closely with assigned sales teams to achieve and exceed ambitious sales activity, installed revenue, and Cloud Services sales targets. You will present a professional image and articulate our technical capabilities with confidence and clarity, reinforcing our brand as a leader in financial technology. Furthermore, you will provide regular, detailed reports and updates to Solutions Engineering management, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple high-revenue projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- • The role requires a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring that all technical aspects of a proposed solution are thoroughly vetted and communicated. You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements within the financial technology and cloud services sectors.
- • Ultimately, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build trust with clients, effectively communicate complex technical concepts, and contribute significantly to the closing of key opportunities, thereby driving the company's revenue and market position forward.
