- • You will be responsible for designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase the unique value proposition of Sierra's AI platform. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner will be crucial in building confidence and driving adoption.

- • You will engage directly with potential customers from the initial stages of the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader. This involves proactively identifying and understanding their specific business objectives, pain points, and strategic goals. By anticipating their needs, you will position Sierra's solutions as indispensable tools for enhancing customer experiences and achieving business outcomes.
- • Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the technical intricacies of our AI solutions, providing detailed answers to complex questions, and architecting solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing customer infrastructures. This requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- • You will play a lead role in supporting our customers throughout their journey, from initial discovery to post-sales engagement. This includes conducting technical workshops, providing implementation guidance, and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our platform. - • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical sales role, with 5-7 years of experience. You should be adept at building and delivering impactful presentations and demos, and have a strong history of working with clients in a go-to-market capacity.
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, enabling you to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Professional fluency in both Japanese and English is a critical requirement, facilitating seamless communication with our global clientele and internal teams.
- • You will leverage your experience in relationship-building to cultivate strong connections with potential customers, including senior executives and technical leaders. Your ability to understand a prospect's unique business challenges and articulate how Sierra's solutions directly address them will be a key differentiator.
- • Experience in leading the sales process for Enterprise customers, understanding their complex procurement cycles and stakeholder landscapes, is highly valued. You must be able to connect the dots between a prospect's specific business problems and the transformative capabilities of Sierra's solutions, explaining these connections to both technical and non-technical audiences with equal clarity.
- • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is expected. Experience in the AI domain or in similarly modern and rapidly evolving technical industries is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the ability to translate code, technical logic, and user requirements into actionable product and engineering specifications is essential for driving product evolution.
