- • This role is central to our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, demanding a deep understanding of our Agent product and the ability to translate its capabilities into tangible business value for prospective customers. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering compelling product demonstrations, articulating technical solutions with clarity and precision, and adeptly addressing intricate technical inquiries.
- • Your responsibilities extend beyond just showcasing the product; you will act as a trusted technical advisor, deeply understanding customer challenges and proactively identifying how Sierra's AI platform can provide innovative solutions. This involves a consultative approach, ensuring that our offerings are not just presented, but strategically aligned with each customer's unique business objectives and operational landscape.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work in close partnership with our Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams. This cross-functional synergy is vital for driving our GTM initiatives forward and for feeding invaluable customer insights back into our product development lifecycle. - • As a technical leader in the initial stages of customer engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping perceptions and building confidence. This requires not only technical acumen but also strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish credibility with a diverse range of stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a customer-facing technical sales role.
- • Professional fluency in both French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- • Proven experience in building and delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems with technical solutions and articulate these clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders, and leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
