  • • As a Sales Engineer in Madrid, you will be the pivotal technical expert driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in Spain and potentially broader European regions. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver compelling demonstrations of Sierra’s Agent product, showcasing its capabilities and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our prospective clients. You will serve as the technical authority, adeptly answering complex questions about our AI solutions and articulating their value proposition with clarity and precision.
  • • This role demands a highly collaborative approach. You will work in close partnership with our Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams. This cross-functional synergy is crucial for both propelling our GTM initiatives forward and for continuously enhancing our Agent product. By channeling customer feedback and insights, you will play an instrumental role in our customer-driven product development philosophy, ensuring our offerings remain at the cutting edge of AI innovation.
  • • You will be a key leader and supporter for our customers from the very initial stages of engagement. In these earliest conversations, you will be tasked with deeply understanding and anticipating the needs and challenges of our future clients. Your ability to connect their specific business problems with Sierra’s innovative AI solutions will be paramount in solidifying our position as an industry leader.
  • • This involves translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for a diverse audience, ranging from C-suite executives to technical decision-makers. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business objectives and how our AI platform can drive tangible outcomes.
  • • Your expertise will extend to leading the sales process for enterprise-level clients, guiding them through technical evaluations and ensuring a seamless integration path for Sierra’s solutions. This includes proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales enablement materials, developing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and advanced demo scenarios.
