- • As a Sales Executive (Fintech / SME Growth) at Tide Platform Limited, you will be at the frontline of the company’s growth, engaging directly with existing members to understand their business needs and recommend tailored fintech solutions that help them thrive. This role is critical to driving revenue and deepening member relationships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- • Day to day, you will call and engage pre-qualified Tide members to build rapport and trust, pitch, upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, stay ahead of product launches to support go-to-market efforts, consistently achieve individual and team KPIs, provide feedback on sales scripts and campaigns to improve effectiveness, log all interactions in CRM tools, and take ownership of ad-hoc projects supporting commercial growth.
- • You will be part of the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) department’s Inside Sales team, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure members receive the right solutions at the right time. Tide is a global fintech leader serving over 1.8 million SME members across the UK, India, Germany, and France, with a mission to help small businesses save time and money through innovative banking and administrative tools.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in fintech and SME banking, master data-driven sales techniques, and grow your ability to influence product strategy through frontline customer insights—positioning you for long-term success in a high-growth scale-up environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales, preferably with UK or international clients
- • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue-based targets
- • Skilled in consultative sales with strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
- • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented with a passion for helping businesses succeed
- • Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) and professional telephone manner
- • Adaptable to working UK-aligned hours from an international location
- • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Kustomer) in a data-driven sales environment
- • Collaborative team player who can also independently own and deliver on personal KPIs
- • Curiosity about fintech, SME banking, and the future of financial services
