- • Lead a team of Broker & Deposit Business Development Executives to generate and convert new Business Rewards Account (BRA) clients through commercial finance brokers and existing savings customers.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with Allica’s panel of commercial finance brokers across the UK to secure consistent referrals for BRA products.
- • Proactively engage with existing Allica business savings customers who are not yet BRA clients to drive cross-selling and account conversion.
- • Coordinate introductions back to original brokers for lending needs, ensuring customers receive a whole-of-market view and maintaining broker trust.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Broker Finance, KYB/C, Growth Squad, Relationship Managers, and Product Teams to optimize sales pipeline, conversion rates, and account onboarding timescales.
- • Conduct regular activity reviews with the sales team to establish best practices in business development, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
- • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to grow BRA acquisition from Allica’s existing business savings customer base.
- • Deliver an excellent onboarding experience that builds credibility with both customers and broker partners, supporting long-term customer retention and brand reputation.
- • Speak at industry events, roundtables, webinars, and internal team meetings to represent Allica’s BRA offering and strengthen market presence.
- • Own the team’s sales target for acquiring active and growing balances on new Business Rewards Accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business growth objectives.
- • Use a consultative sales approach to grow Allica’s presence among broker stakeholders and enhance partner engagement.
- • Leverage CRM systems and data analytics to forecast sales performance, track pipeline health, and report on key metrics to leadership.
- • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that reduce account opening times and increase conversion efficiency.
- • Coach and develop high-performing sales individuals, providing purposeful leadership, feedback, and career growth opportunities within the team.
- • Work closely with Broker Development Managers to deepen relationships with commercial finance firms and increase their consistency as introducers of BRA products.
- • Ensure all sales activities adhere to risk and reputation standards while generating new revenue opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales management with a track record of leading and managing a sales team
- • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and coach high-performing sales individuals
- • Strong CRM and portfolio management experience with excellent data, forecasting, and reporting skills
- • Excellent interpersonal skills and a history of outperforming sales and account management targets through trust-based client relationships
- • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience while balancing risk and reputation considerations
- • Experience in financial services, fintech, or commercial banking with exposure to broker channels or SME products
