- • Own the P&L for the San Francisco region, translating Aggreko’s global energy-solutions portfolio into double-digit revenue growth and market-share gains across Utilities, Manufacturing, Building Services, and Construction verticals.
- • Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing remote sales team (8–12 Account Executives & Sales Engineers), setting crystal-clear quarterly quotas, weekly KPIs, and daily activity metrics that align with Aggreko’s “Zero Harm, Zero Defects, Zero Excuses” culture.

- • Craft and deliver a monthly Communication Report to the VP of Sales that distills wins, losses, market color, and talent insights into a concise, data-driven narrative that influences capital allocation and sector strategy.
- • Leverage Aggreko’s tuition-reimbursement and paid-training programs to upskill yourself and your team in areas such as hydrogen-ready generators, battery energy-storage systems, and advanced grid-stability services—keeping us ahead of the energy-transition curve.
- • Foster an inclusive, high-trust culture where every team member feels safe to bring their authentic self to work, share bold ideas, and challenge the status quo—because that’s how we deliver exceptional customer outcomes and grow sustainable careers.
