• • The Associate Director, Project Management (Market Access) oversees delivery across a portfolio of brands and serves as deputy to the Director, managing project managers, setting delivery plans, and driving consistent process use and quality to ensure best-in-class outcomes for healthcare clients.
• • Day to day, the role involves managing and mentoring PM staff, balancing workloads and priorities, overseeing timelines, scopes, budgets, and risk plans across multiple accounts, coordinating cross-functional resourcing, leading new business scope development, establishing delivery standards, owning brand-level Gantts and integrated calendars, maintaining macro resourcing views, conducting candidate interviews, managing client and vendor relationships, fostering team prioritization and time management, overseeing day-to-day task management, collaborating with Client Services on reporting, maintaining oversight of OpenAir and PowerBI, managing multiple brands or larger budgets, driving process improvements, developing and reviewing scopes and staff plans, leading client-facing finance communications, and building cross-functional culture on brand teams.
