- • Lead a team of 6–10 Business Developers to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for restaurant partnerships in Marseille.
- • Set clear weekly and monthly sales objectives and communicate company directives, goals, and strategic rationale with clarity to the team.
- • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with each team member to improve key performance metrics including sales activities, P2P (Partner-to-Partner), quality metrics, and conversion rates.
- • Provide tailored, actionable feedback to individual sales representatives based on their performance and professional development needs.
- • Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor to mentor team members, address urgent partner concerns, and reinforce high work ethic and morale.
- • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture focused on excellence in partner support and operational efficiency.
- • Detect, design, and refine effective sales methodologies and processes to enhance team output and key performance indicators.
- • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure efficient activation of restaurants that meet Deliveroo’s partnership criteria across France.
- • Uphold and enforce company policies, including attendance, discipline, and team-specific protocols.
- • Represent Deliveroo’s brand and values in all interactions with internal teams and external restaurant partners.
- • Drive motivation within the team by resolving issues promptly, recognizing achievements, and fostering a supportive, results-oriented environment.
- • Develop team members’ skills in prospecting, negotiation, and internal process adherence to maximize partner success.
- • Work within a fast-paced commercial environment where adaptability, decisiveness, and resilience are essential to achieving business goals.
- • Operate as a key leader in Deliveroo’s Commercial team, contributing to the growth of restaurant partnerships in a dynamic marketplace.
- • Collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt as part of the global integrated organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in sales, with B2B experience preferred
- • 2+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team
- • Fluent in French with operational proficiency in English
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
