- • Own the entire MENA revenue stream for a portfolio that includes carrier-grade routers, data-center switches, 5G Fixed-Wireless-Access CPEs, GPON/XGS-PON OLTs and ONTs, SD-WAN appliances, and emerging IoT gateways. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for enterprise CIOs, ISP CTOs, and telecom procurement directors.
- • Build and execute a three-year regional sales plan that maps addressable market size, channel mix, and vertical priorities (oil & gas, smart-city, fintech, government, education). You will set quarterly OKRs, track pipeline velocity, and pivot tactics when macro-economic or regulatory conditions shift.
- • Prospect, qualify, and close multi-million-dollar deals (hardware, software licenses, and multi-year managed-service contracts). You will run consultative workshops, ROI models, proof-of-concept pilots, and tender responses—often orchestrating cross-functional teams across pre-sales engineering, legal, finance, and supply-chain.
- • Cultivate C-suite relationships with Etisalat, STC, Omantel, Zain, Mobily, Batelco, and tier-2 ISPs, as well as hyperscale cloud builders and large-systems integrators. You will maintain a living stakeholder map, schedule quarterly business reviews, and negotiate frame agreements that lock in multi-year volume commitments.
- • Collaborate with the Shenzhen HQ product team to localize feature roadmaps for Arabic UI, halal-certification, and regional compliance (TRA, CITC, TDRA). You will feed market intelligence on 5G spectrum auctions, open-RAN pilots, and edge-computing demand directly into R&D sprint planning.
- • Represent the brand at GITEX, MWC Barcelona & Shanghai, Capacity Middle East, and private sovereign-cloud forums. You will keynote on 5G FWA monetization, moderate panels on private LTE for oil rigs, and host invitation-only roundtables for CIOs—turning every handshake into an SQL.
- • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts in Salesforce, monthly revenue recognition reports, and quarterly board packs that highlight win/loss drivers, competitive displacement stories, and upsell opportunities. You will use Power BI dashboards to spot churn risk and trigger retention plays.
- • Mentor a junior Arabic-speaking sales engineer and a Dubai-based channel partner manager; instill MEDDPICC rigor, negotiate SPIFF programs, and co-create joint business plans that grow partner ARR by 40 % YoY.
- • Champion ethical sales practices aligned with the company’s ESG commitments—ensuring data-privacy clauses, RoHS/REACH compliance, and local-content requirements are baked into every contract.
- • Stay ahead of technology shifts: Wi-Fi 7 rollouts, private 5G networks for Industry 4.0, and AI-driven network automation. You will translate these trends into consultative selling narratives that position our client as the innovation partner of choice across the Middle East and North Africa.
