This is a high-impact, senior role where you will own the strategy and execution for penetrating and securing business with the largest, most strategic enterprise accounts.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive account plans, blending inbound and outbound strategies, to land substantial enterprise deals and contribute directly to Cambly's ambitious 2026 success story and beyond.
  • • You will consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves proactively cultivating a robust sales pipeline. This will be achieved through expert individual outreach, effective collaboration with your assigned Sales Development Representative (SDR), and efficient management of qualified inbound prospects.
  • • You will masterfully navigate complex enterprise organizations, identifying and mapping critical stakeholders, building strong relationships with senior champions, and driving cross-functional buy-in from various departments.
  • • The ability to successfully negotiate and close major deals with executive decision-makers is paramount, requiring a deep understanding of enterprise-level procurement processes and decision-making hierarchies.
  • • You will need to possess exceptional organizational acumen, with the strategic instinct to recognize, understand, and effectively mitigate complex organizational, financial, and behavioral obstacles that may arise during the sales cycle.
