  • • As the Sales & Marketing AI Operations specialist at ServiceCentral, you will be instrumental in building and managing the operational infrastructure that drives revenue growth for our innovative device repair and reverse logistics software platform.
  • • This is a critical, non-quota-carrying role focused on creating the commercial engine that empowers our sales team, ensuring seamless integration between marketing initiatives and tangible pipeline performance.
  • • You will operate at the nexus of Salesforce administration, cutting-edge AI-powered marketing automation, and strategic product marketing, taking ownership of everything from the granular accuracy of deal stages to the successful go-to-market execution of our new modular platform.
  • • This position is designed for a proactive, independent individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leverages AI tools as a fundamental aspect of their daily workflow, not merely as occasional aids.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will encompass Pipeline & Revenue Operations, where you will meticulously manage Salesforce pipeline data, ensuring its hygiene, accuracy of deal stages, and providing reliable reporting and forecast inputs directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • • You will be tasked with tracking and reporting on key performance indicators such as marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, and the overall return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize our commercial strategies.
  • • Furthermore, you will manage crucial vendor relationships and contracts for essential marketing tools and advanced AI agent platforms, ensuring we have the best resources at our disposal.
  • • In the realm of AI-Powered Marketing, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated AI-driven marketing workflows. This includes leveraging AI for content generation, continuous competitive monitoring, and automating various aspects of our marketing campaigns to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • You will also directly manage the execution of outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and strategic partner collaborations, ensuring consistent and impactful outreach.
  • • Your role extends to Product Marketing, where you will own the go-to-market strategy for our new modular platform. This involves developing compelling positioning, crafting persuasive messaging, and creating essential collateral for each module launch, ensuring clear communication of value to our target audience.
  • • You will produce and maintain a comprehensive suite of product marketing content, including detailed help articles, intuitive onboarding guides, and timely release communications, supporting both internal teams and external users.
  • • You will actively support module launch go-to-market activities by coordinating messaging, developing sales enablement materials, and aligning launch timelines with product development and sales teams, fostering cross-functional synergy.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve maintaining robust Competitive Intelligence. You will continuously monitor competitor positioning, track pricing changes, and stay abreast of new product announcements, providing the commercial team with a strategic market overview.
  • • You will also be expected to perform other reasonable activities as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute across various operational needs.
