- • As the Sales Marketing Associate, you will lead the execution of brand-compliant marketing strategies and events that promote client retention, engagement, and lead generation for Rocket Mortgage, a Detroit-based, publicly traded company dedicated to helping everyone achieve homeownership.
- • You will manage social media accounts, coordinate open house events, maintain Executive Loan Officer databases, and ensure all marketing communications are timely, compliant, and on-brand through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- • You will work within Rocket Mortgage’s marketing team, supporting brand integrity and client engagement through event planning, digital outreach, and data-driven campaign execution in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in mortgage industry marketing, strengthen your skills in campaign analytics and CRM management, and gain experience in aligning marketing efforts with compliance, branding, and business objectives while contributing to client retention and lead generation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Experience with CRM tools and social media platforms
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
