- • As a Sales Marketing Manager at Reaktor Innovations Oy, you will lead industry-specific sales marketing initiatives that drive growth for key sectors such as Manufacturing & Industrial, Public, and others, directly contributing to the company’s global digital solutions mission.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, events, and content channels; collaborating with Global Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies with business targets; tracking and analyzing KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness; and managing relationships with external partners.
- • You will be part of Reaktor’s Global Marketing team, working closely with dedicated sales teams in a dynamic, technology-driven environment that values innovation, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in the intersection of sales, marketing, and technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in account-based marketing and demand generation, while developing strategic leadership skills, ROI-focused budget management, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning you for advancement in growth marketing or marketing leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a track record in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in professional services.
- • Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies including SEO/GEO, PPC, email, content marketing, events, and social media.
- • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals while executing hands-on initiatives.
- • Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI-driven mindset.
- • Fluent English and excellent communication and collaboration skills; Dutch, Finnish, or Swedish language skills are a plus.
