📋 Description

• • The Sales Onboarding Manager role is critical to accelerating the ramp-up of new sales hires, ensuring they become confident, consistent performers who contribute to Ideals’ 30%+ year-over-year growth and Top 5% RepVue ranking.
• • Day to day, you will deliver structured onboarding programs for Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Success reps; design and run interactive training sessions, role-plays, and practice rounds; maintain tailored onboarding plans; embed best practices through feedback loops; support rollout of new sales tools and initiatives; and act as the key link between sales leadership, enablement, and frontline teams.
