- • Support the Customer Success team by managing contract cycles and creating renewal quotes for subscription-based services.
- • Ensure deal structures align precisely with contracted subscriptions to be renewed, maintaining accuracy in pricing and terms.
- • Respond to Customer Success Manager (CSM) inquiries regarding quotes, orders, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- • Follow up on renewal processes to ensure seamless booking, including order processing and coordination with billing and operations teams.
- • Verify that contract data is accurately reflected in financial models and confirm all required approvals are documented and secured.
- • Serve as a data steward for Salesforce, maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date records for partners, prospects, and customers.
- • Support end-to-end quote-to-cash operations, including opportunity creation, order management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Channel, and Manufacturing teams.
- • Collaborate across departments including Sales, Channel, Operations, and Billing to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales support workflows.
- • Maintain strict attention to detail in all documentation, data entry, and process execution to prevent revenue leakage or compliance issues.
- • Operate within a defined remote work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST, aligned with team and customer support needs.
- • Adhere to Arctic Wolf’s Information Security policies and protocols to protect confidential business information and ensure data integrity.
- • Participate in all video interviews on-camera unless prior accommodation has been requested and approved due to technical or location constraints.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4 or more years’ experience in sales operations
- • Proficient experience with Salesforce.com
- • Prior experience working with quoting, subscriptions, and contracts
- • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
- • Prior experience working with channel partners (preferred)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
