📋 Description

• • As a Sales Operations Analyst at Flock Safety, you will be at the center of supporting Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operations tickets in the Jira queue and maintaining the lead routing framework critical to business processes, ensuring every lead is handled efficiently and accurately.
• • Day to day, you will troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, monitor fallout, manage incoming Sales Operations tickets independently, own regular audits for routing rules and lead assignments, and partner with platform admins to test routing logic and document troubleshooting steps.
• • You will join a high-performance, low-ego Revenue Operations team within Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform trusted by over 5,000 communities, 4,500 law enforcement agencies, and 1,000 businesses, backed by nearly $700M in venture funding and a $7.5B valuation.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and data-driven decision making, gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, LeanData, and BI tools while building scalable workflows that directly impact sales efficiency and revenue growth.
