  • • Act as a recognized center of excellence for trusted insights and rigorous analysis, providing essential support for both long-term strategic initiatives and immediate, ad hoc business needs within the Global Sales Operations organization.
  • • Design and construct sophisticated models to address complex business problems, and where appropriate, seamlessly integrate the derived insights into regular operational reporting to provide ongoing value.
  • • Provide crucial assistance with ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including preparing materials for important business reviews and management presentations.
  • • Maintain and meticulously coordinate standard operating procedures, ensuring that all relevant files are updated in a timely manner and that any changes are effectively coordinated across critical systems such as Salesforce.com.
  • • Support field sales management with essential tasks such as territory changes, sales budget management, and compensation planning, contributing to the smooth operation of the sales force.
