- • Join GE HealthCare Technologies Inc. as a Sales Operations Analyst, a pivotal role focused on Reporting & Enablement within our dynamic sales environment. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to shape and support the operational success of sales teams across four distinct product lines, driving consistency, scalability, and adoption of critical sales tools and processes.
- • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in empowering our sales force. Your primary focus will be on supporting sales teams, particularly those new to Salesforce, by fostering confidence, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce into their daily workflows. This involves providing hands-on assistance, training, and ongoing support to drive user adoption and maximize the platform's effectiveness.
- • You will act as a key partner to sales leaders across four product areas, understanding their evolving operational needs, reporting requirements, and enablement strategies. This collaborative approach ensures that Sales Operations initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute directly to sales performance.
- • The ideal candidate thrives in environments characterized by ambiguity and evolving processes. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and a self-starter mentality, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement while maintaining close alignment with Sales Operations Leadership. Your ability to navigate complexity and drive solutions will be highly valued.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to process optimization initiatives throughout the entire sales lifecycle. This includes identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing enhancements that boost productivity, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality and usability of sales data. Your insights will directly impact the sales team's ability to operate more effectively.
- • You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to introduce consistency and standardization across different product lines. While supporting unique business needs, your efforts will aim to create a more unified and efficient operational framework, reducing complexity and enhancing overall sales operations.
- • Collaboration with the global Salesforce IT team is essential. You will be involved in supporting Salesforce enhancements by gathering detailed requirements, refining business needs into actionable specifications, and actively participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features and updates meet business expectations.
- • A core responsibility includes building, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce reports and dashboards. These tools are critical for providing visibility into sales performance, tracking adoption rates, and monitoring key metrics. Your ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights will be paramount.
- • You will contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive sales training and enablement programs. This includes educating sales teams on owned tools, process enhancements, and new rollouts, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to leverage these effectively.
- • Assisting with change management initiatives is key to this role. You will help drive the adoption of new tools and processes by clearly communicating benefits, providing support, and addressing user concerns, thereby minimizing disruption and maximizing the positive impact of changes.
- • Maintaining the integrity and quality of Salesforce data is a critical function. You will help enforce data quality standards and promote best practices among sales users to ensure the accuracy and reliability of information within the CRM.
- • Documenting processes, workflows, and training materials is essential for scalability and consistency. You will create and maintain clear, concise documentation that serves as a valuable resource for the sales team and future operational improvements.
- • This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
- • The company's purpose is to drive life-changing clarity in precision diagnostics, helping to uncover what’s hidden inside the body and enabling earlier, more confident decisions in the fight against diseases like Alzheimer's, cardiovascular conditions, and cancer. As part of a company that delivers both radiopharmaceutical doses and the PET imaging infrastructure, this role plays a critical part in expanding access to precision diagnostics.
- • You will thrive in an environment that values deep care for teammates, customers, and doing what's right. Bringing both heart and discipline to your work, you will exhibit curiosity to uncover customer needs and courage to make tough calls. This is a space where ambiguity is real, decisions carry weight, and collaboration is essential for moving forward. If you find meaning in building something that matters and supporting others, you'll feel at home here.
