📋 Description

• The Sales Operations Coordinator at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients by maintaining operational consistency and commercial efficiency through CRM management, client coordination, and workflow execution.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and updating CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent), tracking client communications and opportunities, coordinating inbound requests, supporting client and supplier communication, assisting with internal workflow coordination, and providing light support for business development and marketing activities.
• The role works directly with the Founder in a fast-paced, highly responsive environment focused on supporting commercial growth through strong organization, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through across sales operations.
• The person in this role will gain hands-on experience in CRM operations, client coordination, and commercial workflow management while contributing directly to business execution and efficiency in a high-impact, founder-supported position.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in client success, commercial operations, or related operational support roles
• Experience managing CRM systems such as HubSpot or equivalent platforms
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent responsiveness and communication abilities with comfort supporting client coordination
• Ability to work independently while supporting leadership directly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in highly responsive business environments requiring consistent follow-through
