- • Own, manage, and roadmap Salesforce including custom objects, flows, integrations, and dashboards to support accurate reporting on pWin, pipeline growth, segmentation, and revenue shape
- • Own the end-to-end closed-won to invoice to collection process across sales, accounting, and customer teams, building feedback loops to tighten cash conversion timing
- • Build and maintain a commission tracking system that provides clear visibility to both sales reps and accounting on what is owed and why
- • Own revenue forecasting and reporting to ensure leadership can rely on data for hiring, planning, and strategic decisions
- • Maintain data integrity and pipeline hygiene across Salesforce, Google Drive, and the broader go-to-market technology stack
- • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, Accounting, and Operations to sequence work, surface operational issues, and prevent business slowdowns
- • Recommend and implement new tools and processes as the company scales, with a focus on scalability and efficiency
- • Report directly to the Head of Revenue with no intermediate layer, serving as the foundational RevOps hire with a clean slate to build the function from scratch
- • Take ownership of tools, data, and processes that keep the revenue engine running as the company scales, transitioning responsibilities currently handled by the Head of Revenue
- • Ensure revenue data is honest, forecasts are trustworthy, and sales reps have clear, accurate visibility into their commission earnings
- • Collaborate across departments to align sales operations with product development, accounting workflows, and operational priorities
- • Drive process improvements without waiting for existing playbooks or tools to exist, creating systems from the ground up in a startup environment
- • Maintain accountability for forecasting, commission tracking, accounts receivable, and cash conversion metrics simultaneously
- • Act as the central point of truth for revenue-related data and processes, ensuring alignment between sales performance and financial outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise including building or rebuilding an org with custom objects, validation rules, flows, integrations, and AppExchange decisions
- • Has owned or directly supported end-to-end Sales or Revenue Operations in a startup environment
- • Proven track record creating, managing, and iterating processes from scratch without relying on existing tools or playbooks
- • Self-starter who owns outcomes in ambiguity and can think on their feet
- • Comfortable managing forecasting, commission tracking, accounts receivable, and cash conversion simultaneously
- • Experience building or formalizing a RevOps function from the ground up

- • $110,000 to $135,000 base salary
