- • Manage lead assignment logic and workflows within HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate distribution of leads across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.
- • Maintain and improve CRM hygiene by auditing, cleaning, and standardizing data across all commercial teams to ensure pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
- • Build, update, and maintain dashboards and reporting structures for Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Experience, and Leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies in commercial workflows and propose, test, and implement scalable process improvements to enhance team productivity.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations Partner, Marketing Ops, and CX Ops teams on cross-functional initiatives that span lead-to-cash processes.
- • Support adoption of new tools, systems, and processes through clear documentation, training materials, and enablement resources for commercial teams.
- • Execute small-scale RevOps projects to strengthen the commercial operations infrastructure, including automation and workflow optimization.
- • Partner with commercial teams to align on KPIs, reporting needs, and data standards, ensuring consistency in how performance is tracked and communicated.
- • Utilize HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, automation platforms, and AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance accuracy in data management and reporting.
- • Proactively anticipate operational needs and iterate on systems to accommodate rapid growth in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
- • Ensure seamless handoffs between Lead Generation, Sales, and Customer Experience by refining transition protocols and improving communication workflows.
- • Document all operational procedures, changes, and best practices to create a scalable knowledge base accessible to the broader Commercial Operations team.
- • Act as a key point of contact for commercial teams regarding CRM usage, data integrity, and reporting requests, providing timely support and guidance.
- • Contribute to the design and implementation of lead scoring models and automation rules that improve sales efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- • Work remotely within LATAM while maintaining full alignment with U.S.-based Commercial Operations leadership through clear, structured communication.
- • Participate in the 2-week cross-functional onboarding program to rapidly integrate into team workflows, tools, and cultural norms.
- • Support the adoption of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate data analysis, report generation, and process documentation without compromising accuracy.
- • Drive a culture of iterative improvement by regularly soliciting feedback from commercial teams and refining processes based on real-world usage.
- • Ensure all operational activities comply with data governance standards and support compliance requirements across international markets.
- • Contribute to annual planning by analyzing operational metrics and providing insights that inform resource allocation and process investments.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
- • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- • Confidence working with CRM platforms, with HubSpot strongly preferred
- • Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy
- • Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems using structure, logic, and precision
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
