- • The Sales Operations Support Specialist at Scholastic Inc. plays a critical role in enabling sales effectiveness by supporting and optimizing key sales technologies like Salesforce and Natterbox, ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and user enablement across the Scholastic Book Fairs organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves participating in platform planning and review meetings, managing data imports via Salesforce Data Loader, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, supporting training initiatives, aligning sales territories annually, and collaborating with marketing, analytics, and leadership teams to drive sales performance through technology and process improvements.
- • Scholastic Inc. is a global children’s publishing, education, and media company committed to fostering literacy and learning. The Sales Operations team supports the Scholastic Book Fairs division by enhancing sales productivity through technology, data, and enablement strategies in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in Salesforce administration and optimization, develop strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, gain experience in sales strategy and operations, and grow as a trusted advisor and process improvement leader within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales and Service Clouds, report and dashboard creation, territory planning, and user administration.
- • Proven experience with Salesforce Data Loader for mass data imports and data management tasks.
- • Strong training and facilitation skills, with ability to educate end users and support enablement initiatives.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- • Strong analytical abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is desired.
