- • The Sales & Order Management Coordinator manages end-to-end coordination of customer orders across multiple sales channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high service standards as the primary point of contact from order confirmation to delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing 10–20 daily orders into ERP systems from various sales channels, liaising with courier partners for dispatch and tracking, providing customers with regular order updates, maintaining customer and product master data, supporting data flow between websites, ERP, and logistics, performing data enrichment like freight dimensions, coordinating internally with sales, operations, and warehouse teams, conducting follow-ups for timely delivery, assisting with basic marketing administration tasks such as email campaigns, supporting administrative improvements in the order-to-delivery workflow, and handling email and occasional phone communication professionally.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- • 2–4+ years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or Order Management role within a product-based or e-commerce environment.
- • Proven experience managing high-volume order processing (10+ orders per day) with strong attention to detail.
- • Experience working with ERP systems such as MYOB, NetSuite, or similar for order entry and data management.
- • Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Neto, especially in partially integrated environments.
- • Strong understanding of logistics coordination, including working with couriers and managing delivery workflows.
