- • Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) operating cadences including forecasting, pipeline reviews, top accounts reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- • Conduct strategic analyses to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend process and strategy optimizations across the GTM organization.
- • Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and refine go-to-market strategies and resource allocation plans.
- • Design and manage territory allocation frameworks to maximize sales team performance, using data-driven insights to recommend adjustments aligned with business goals.
- • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization, ensuring systematic implementation with technical teams.
- • Partner closely with the Data team to ensure accuracy, availability, and integrity of revenue-related data used for decision-making and reporting.
- • Work with Finance, Enablement, and Growth Strategy teams to align GTM operations with broader organizational goals and drive cross-functional synergies.
- • Build and manage sales compensation plans, set quotas for GTM teams, and ensure alignment between incentives and business outcomes.
- • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and support operational reporting.
- • Execute complex, cross-functional projects with high autonomy, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with ruthless prioritization.

- • Apply deep understanding of the AI landscape, OpenAI’s products, and their business applications to inform GTM strategy and customer engagement approaches.
- • Ensure all GTM operations are grounded in rigorous analytical rigor, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on scalable, repeatable processes.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership by providing actionable insights derived from data, operational metrics, and market intelligence.
- • Support the scaling of OpenAI’s revenue operations as the company grows, ensuring systems and processes evolve to meet increasing complexity and demand.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company
- • Experience building territories, setting quotas, and designing compensation plans for GTM teams
- • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for sales operations and data management
- • Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- • Exceptional project management skills and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, work autonomously, and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
