Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing field sales representative team across Vietnam, translating the national GT (General Trade) strategy into a winning route-to-market plan that delivers double-digit growth for iconic brands such as Oreo, Cadbury Dairy Milk and Kinh Do mooncakes.
- • Own the full P&L for your assigned geography: set ambitious yet achievable annual revenue, volume and share targets; build a granular monthly, weekly and daily execution calendar; and monitor real-time KPI dashboards to course-correct before gaps become losses.
- • Coach every rep to become a trusted category advisor for mom-and-pop stores, traditional markets and wholesalers—arming them with Nielsen/IRI insights, shelf-ready planograms and ROI calculators that turn every conversation into incremental shelf space and higher ring-fence pricing.
- • Orchestrate flawless in-store activation by partnering with the Activation, Category and Customer Finance teams: negotiate gondola ends, secondary placements and price promotions that are profitable, compliant and 100 % visible in the company’s Perfect Store app.
- • Drive a culture of continuous capability building—designing field visit schedules, running monthly skill clinics and leveraging the Sales Capability team to certify every rep on consultative selling, objection handling and digital ordering tools.
- • Build and protect long-term customer relationships at distributor, wholesaler and key outlet levels; resolve credit, service or quality issues within 24 hours to keep shelves stocked and cash flowing.
- • Translate market intelligence (competitor moves, emerging channels, macro trends) into actionable insights for the regional Sales Director, feeding directly into next year’s strategic plan and innovation pipeline.
- • Ensure full compliance with Mondelez safety, legal and ethical standards; conduct quarterly business reviews that score customer satisfaction, team engagement and financial performance against the company’s “Make It Right” sustainability commitments.
- • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion within your team—recruiting local talent, mentoring female sales reps and celebrating the 76 nationalities that make Mondelez AMEA a Top Employer across the region.
- • Work from anywhere in Vietnam while maintaining a disciplined rhythm: Monday virtual huddles, Tuesday–Thursday in-field coaching rides, Friday data-driven performance clinics—leveraging cloud-based reporting to stay connected to your team and leadership.
