  • • As a Sales Trainee, you will be immersed in a comprehensive 9-month development program, structured to provide a robust understanding of sales operations across various channels and to equip you with the essential skills for leadership.
  • • The program begins with an intensive 2-month period as an Apprentice Salesman, where you will gain hands-on experience in frontline sales, understanding customer needs, managing retail environments, and executing sales strategies at the point of purchase.
  • • Following this foundational phase, you will transition into a 7-month role as an Apprentice Supervisor, taking on increased responsibilities in team management, performance monitoring, and strategic planning within the sales function.
