- • As part of this expansion, Voodoo SAS is seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for WeMoms in Paris. This role is crucial for driving advertising revenue by forging strong partnerships with agencies and brands. The Sales team at WeMoms is central to monetizing its extensive audience, and as a Senior SDR, you will be instrumental in this effort, working closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to generate qualified opportunities and broaden the advertiser base within France.
- • The primary mission of this Senior SDR role is to design and execute a robust outbound acquisition strategy. This involves proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline and generate high-quality meetings for the sales team. This is a high-impact, hands-on position with significant ownership, demanding a strong "hunter" mentality and a focus on outbound prospecting.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass identifying and targeting strategic accounts. This includes sourcing and prioritizing brands and agencies with high potential, meticulously mapping key decision-makers such as Brand Directors, Media Managers, and Digital Leads, and developing sophisticated account-based outbound strategies tailored to specific targets.
- • A significant part of the role involves driving outbound prospecting through multi-channel campaigns. You will be expected to execute outreach using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling techniques. The ability to craft creative and personalized outreach strategies is essential for generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities. Maintaining consistent and disciplined follow-up is paramount to nurturing leads and maximizing conversion potential.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for qualifying and structuring incoming opportunities. This requires a deep understanding of client business objectives and marketing challenges, as well as the ability to identify crucial elements like budget, decision-making processes, and timelines. Ensuring high-quality qualification before handing off leads to Sales Managers is vital for efficient sales cycles. Close collaboration with Account Executives will be necessary to optimize conversion rates and ensure a seamless transition from lead to client.
- • Pipeline and performance management are core components of this role. You will own your prospecting pipeline and key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining rigorous CRM updates and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Continuous refinement of scripts, sequences, and messaging will be expected, along with contributing to the overall enhancement of outbound processes and best practices within the team.
