📋 Description
- • Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- • Configure and optimize Salesforce functionality to support and streamline core business processes across sales operations.
- • Build, modify, and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to enforce proper access controls and compliance.
- • Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- • Perform data imports, data cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data quality maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- • Troubleshoot technical issues within Salesforce, providing timely end-user support and resolution for system-related inquiries.
- • Collaborate directly with business teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver tailored Salesforce enhancements.
- • Support Salesforce release cycles, including testing new features, validating updates, and managing change management processes.
- • Document all configurations, workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and team scalability.
- • Work as an embedded member of client teams, operating as a true extension of their internal operations rather than as an external vendor.
- • Maintain alignment with DevSavant’s standards for delivery excellence, scalability, and client trust in venture-backed ecosystems.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Salesforce adoption, usability, and business impact across global client organizations.
- • Ensure all Salesforce configurations adhere to data governance policies and industry-standard practices for security and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- • 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- • Strong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow
- • Experience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management
- • Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management
