📋 Description
- • A Salesforce Administrator manages, configures, and optimizes the Salesforce CRM platform to support sales, marketing, service, and operational teams, ensuring the system drives business efficiency and user adoption.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user setup and security, configuring standard and custom objects, building reports and dashboards, creating automations with Salesforce Flow, ensuring data quality, partnering with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, managing integrations, supporting releases, and documenting processes.
- • The role is part of Bluehost, a mission-driven company under Web.com Group, Inc., dedicated to empowering small businesses to succeed online with powerful simplicity, premium performance, smart tools, and human support.
- • In this role, you will deepen your Salesforce expertise, lead process improvements, influence cross-functional initiatives, and grow into a trusted advisor who enables data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- • Salesforce Administrator Certification
- • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- • Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
- • Experience with Salesforce Flow automation
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
