- • Work directly with Business Applications Leadership and internal stakeholders to identify system improvements and drive adoption of Salesforce changes.
- • Manage and execute Salesforce platform releases, ensuring timely rollout of new features and functionality.
- • Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, and approval processes within Salesforce.
- • Develop and maintain VisualForce pages, Apex code, and Lightning Components to support business requirements.
- • Design, build, and deliver new reporting capabilities and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from internal teams.
- • Own the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform.
- • Identify production risks and areas for system improvement; prioritize, design, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and adoption.
- • Maintain system security and data integrity across all Salesforce environments.
- • Understand and manage all integrations between Salesforce and other tools in the AWN application ecosystem, assessing impact of changes.
- • Update and maintain documentation related to Salesforce support, enhancements, and operational procedures.
- • Troubleshoot system outages, perform root cause analysis, and communicate updates to leadership during and after incident windows.
- • Install and manage new Managed Packages and third-party tools within the Salesforce environment.
- • Provide technical support to internal users, strengthening relationships between Business Applications and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Collaborate within Jira Sprint/Release processes to manage individual work efforts and deliverables.
- • Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce standard capabilities and the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS environment.
- • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and tracking procedures as they relate to Salesforce operations.
- • Maintain proficiency in standard office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- • Demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills while working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- • Uphold Arctic Wolf’s Information Security policies, standards, and controls to protect business information.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
- • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- • Experience with JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, and HTML
- • Willingness to pursue Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification
- • Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle in a SaaS company
- • Experience managing integrations with tools such as Gainsight, Marketo, or Outreach (preferred)
