- • Engage directly with customer stakeholders to understand their desired business outcomes and define measurable success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
- • Articulate the business value and strategic advantages of recommended Salesforce solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- • Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover detailed business, functional, and technological needs across client organizations.
- • Synthesize gathered requirements into clear, actionable user stories and comprehensive solution design documentation.
- • Conduct fit-gap analyses comparing existing Salesforce functionality against client requirements to identify customization needs.
- • Design and develop innovative Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, including Lightning Flow Builder, dynamic forms, advanced formulas, and validation rules.
- • Build and refine complex Salesforce data models to support evolving business processes and integration needs.
- • Configure and implement external system integrations with Salesforce using low-code and declarative methods.
- • Automate business processes within Salesforce through workflow automation and process reengineering techniques.
- • Draft detailed custom development specifications and coordinate delivery and testing with internal development teams.
- • Iterate on Salesforce solutions using an adaptive-agile methodology in close collaboration with the client’s Product Owner.
- • Develop and deliver end-user training curricula to ensure successful adoption of implemented Salesforce solutions.
- • Collaborate with Guidehouse Project Managers to align project scope, budget, and timeline with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- • Contribute to the creation of industry-specific accelerators and thought leadership white papers to advance Guidehouse’s market position.
- • Manage end-to-end data migration projects to and from Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.
- • Apply understanding of B2B, B2C, and hybrid business models to tailor Salesforce solutions to client industry context.
- • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication throughout all phases of client engagements.
- • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and client organizations.
- • Apply Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodologies to manage requirements, sprints, and delivery cycles effectively.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree
- • Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
- • Minimum of one (1) current Salesforce certification (Admin, App Builder, or Sales/Service/Community Cloud)
- • US Citizenship is contractually required
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Flow Builder and low-code Lightning Experience app development
