• As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client engagements. Your primary responsibility will be to configure, deploy, and optimize Salesforce environments to ensure they are not only utilized but also actively drive business results. You will take full ownership of implementations, guiding them from the initial scoping and design phases through to build, rigorous testing, and successful user adoption.
• Your expertise will span the core pillars of Salesforce deployment. This includes designing and implementing custom objects and fields, building sophisticated workflows and automation rules, creating insightful reports and dashboards, managing integrations with third-party tools, and setting up user profiles and permissions. The goal is to deliver a bespoke Salesforce system that precisely aligns with each client's unique operational needs, moving beyond generic out-of-the-box solutions.
• You will be the go-to expert who can assess a client's situation, identify critical system gaps, architect the necessary solutions, build them with precision, and ensure their lasting success. This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach where you are empowered to figure out what needs to be done, execute it flawlessly, and ensure it integrates seamlessly into the client's daily operations.
• A typical day will involve juggling multiple client engagements simultaneously. You will be deeply involved in gathering detailed requirements, translating those needs into effective configuration designs, building out the solutions, and collaborating directly with client teams to foster adoption and ensure the system becomes an indispensable part of their workflow. While each engagement presents unique challenges, the overarching objective remains consistent: to transform underutilized or complex CRM systems into the robust operational backbone that powers business success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience configuring and implementing Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, workflows, automation (Flows), reports, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design through to build, testing, and user adoption.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mentality, with the autonomy to identify needs, make decisions, and deliver solutions without constant oversight.
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
