- • Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions for private equity-backed enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue operations objectives.
- • Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing Salesforce CPQ architectures that optimize quoting, pricing, and contract workflows.
- • Configure core Salesforce CPQ features including Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Configuration Parameters (QCP), and Process Builder/Flow automation to eliminate manual sales processes and reduce quote turnaround time.
- • Ensure all CPQ implementations adhere to Salesforce architectural best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across multi-org and multi-tenant environments.
- • Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through testing, UAT, go-live, and post-deployment support.
- • Drive client adoption and enablement by designing and delivering tailored training programs, user guides, and knowledge transfer sessions for sales operations, finance, and sales teams.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ architectures, configuration specs, process flows, integration points, and change logs to ensure audit readiness and team continuity.
- • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with third-party tools such as DocuSign and Conga to automate document generation, e-signatures, and contract management workflows.
- • Stay current with Salesforce CPQ product updates, feature releases, and ecosystem innovations to recommend and implement continuous improvements that enhance client ROI.
- • Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI specialists to embed automation and data-driven insights into CPQ implementations, supporting TechTorch’s AI-first methodology.
- • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and communicating progress transparently to internal teams and stakeholders.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including Implementation Leads, QA, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery, quality assurance, and post-go-live optimization of CPQ solutions.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud, providing guidance on best practices for lead-to-cash process design and integration.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, reusable templates, and accelerators to scale CPQ delivery across TechTorch’s client base while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- • Represent TechTorch in client meetings and workshops, articulating technical solutions in business terms and aligning CPQ capabilities with investment thesis outcomes for private equity sponsors.
