📋 Description

• As a Salesforce Developer at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will play a key technical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform, directly contributing to AI-powered enterprise technology consulting for private equity-backed businesses.
• Your work will translate business requirements into secure, efficient, and maintainable code while driving system integrations and automation that unlock growth and operational transformation for clients.
• You will design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to support core business processes and client use cases, ensuring alignment with investment theses and strategic objectives.
• You will build and configure custom fields, objects, Lightning components, validation rules, workflows, and process automation to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• You will develop and maintain Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL-based logic, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• You will integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs using REST and SOAP, enabling seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• You will contribute to system design discussions, architecture reviews, and scalability planning, influencing long-term technical direction and solution resilience.
• You will create technical documentation for configuration, code, and integration, supporting knowledge transfer and team collaboration.
• You will support user enablement with training materials and hands-on guidance, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of Salesforce solutions.
• You will troubleshoot, test, and deploy improvements aligned with agile delivery practices, maintaining high standards of reliability and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate closely with business and engineering teams across global disciplines — including AI, data, and digital transformation — to deliver high-impact outcomes that align with client priorities and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, configuration, and performance best practices
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong sense of code ownership
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (preferred)
