📋 Description

• As a Salesforce Developer at SPAN.IO, Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling the company’s mission to electrify the built environment and reduce carbon emissions by building and scaling Salesforce infrastructure that supports the commercial team across all channels.
• Day to day, you will work cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to align CRM capabilities with business needs, translate stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, develop new functionality for product and channel expansions, and maintain custom Salesforce components including fields, objects, layouts, triggers, workflows, user permissions, and integrated apps.
• You will be part of the Sales Operations org at SPAN, a mission-driven company focused on decarbonization through electrification, where your contributions directly support resilient homes, clean energy adoption, and a distributed electrical grid.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce development, requirements gathering, UAT, end-user training, and release management while collaborating with global teams in the US and Bengaluru, gaining exposure to fast-moving B2B and channel sales environments and advancing your impact in a climate-focused, innovation-driven culture.
