- • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications and high-quality implementations across Comcast’s multi-cloud Salesforce platform.
- • Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party platforms to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- • Configure Salesforce using Flows, validation rules, advanced security models, and Lightning App Builder to support enterprise-level operations.
- • Apply enterprise-level development practices including source control, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado preferred).
- • Support data modeling, data quality, and reporting needs across business units to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues with timely follow-through and comprehensive documentation.
- • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- • Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI-driven capabilities, platform enhancements, and industry best practices to maintain technical relevance.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Comcast’s Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and long-term scalability.
- • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional business units to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
- • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and shared knowledge within the team.
- • Engage with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications and delivers reliable, high-quality applications.
- • Conduct analysis of system requirements and customize applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- • Assist with software update processes and roll-outs of new releases.
- • Conduct training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internally developed applications.
- • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance related to platform development and governance.
- • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
- • Support a culture of inclusion and collaboration in all team interactions and leadership activities.
- • Align work with Comcast’s Operating Principles, prioritizing customer experience, technological innovation, and team-driven growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and MuleSoft integrations
- • Required expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud; at least one additional cloud (Media Cloud or Service Cloud)
- • Proven ability to design and implement complex configurations and custom solutions
- • Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred)
