• • As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, optimization, and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients, focusing on practical implementation using out-of-the-box capabilities to drive measurable value in customer engagement.
• • You will design and build customer journeys, automations, and segmentation using Journey Builder, configure data models and data extensions, and support email, SMS, and multi-channel campaign execution while ensuring alignment with broader Salesforce and data architectures.
• • You will collaborate closely with clients, CRM teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable platform configurations and support testing, deployment, and user enablement.
