📋 Description
- • As a Salesforce Platform Lead, you will drive the strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of the Salesforce environment for Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., ensuring the platform scales with business needs and supports global operations.
- • You will take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimization, design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice, and lead large-scale CRM implementations to ensure timely, scoped, and scalable delivery.
- • You will act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, drive automation and integration architecture across business units, ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with internal IT and MDM policies, and champion Salesforce best practices with up-to-date documentation and change management.
- • You will proactively identify platform gaps and propose solutions before issues escalate, working remotely with US or UK-based companies while building a long-term, remote career with a fast-growing global employer.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid-to-large scale business environments
- • Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2–3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice
- • Salesforce Administrator certification required; platform-specific certifications a strong plus
- • Proven ability to self-direct, prioritise, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement
- • Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels
- • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
