- • As a Salesforce Platform Principal, you will serve as the most senior authority on the Salesforce ecosystem, shaping platform vision, architecture, and governance for enterprise clients.
- • You will lead the design and delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions for personalized, data-driven customer engagement at scale, while driving Data Cloud strategy including unified profiles, ingestion pipelines, segmentation, and cross-cloud activation.
- • You will oversee the full Salesforce ecosystem—ensuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud operate as a unified, high-performing environment—and define integration architecture between Salesforce clouds and external data sources.
- • You will set and enforce data governance, compliance, and quality standards, lead enterprise implementations and transformations from discovery to go-live and beyond, and present platform strategy and outcomes to C-suite and senior leadership.
- • You will build and document scalable, future-proof solutions that grow with the business, working remotely with US time zone alignment and collaborating with global teams using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience at enterprise level (non-negotiable)
- • Expert level Marketing Cloud experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and advanced personalization
- • Expert level Data Cloud experience including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, and activation
- • Deep cross-cloud knowledge spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce
- • Extensive Salesforce certification portfolio — Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and platform certifications expected
- • Demonstrated history of owning and delivering large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformations
- • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- • Must have prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
