📋 Description
- • Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives as a blended Scrum Master and Salesforce Administrator, driving alignment across engineering teams and business units to ensure reliable, high-impact enhancements for Sophia Learning and Workforce Edge platforms.
- • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, drive backlog strategy with Product Owners, manage cross-team dependencies, and own release execution including UAT readiness and post-release validation.
- • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert administering Service and Sales Cloud, optimizing platform health through security governance, configuration, reports/dashboards, and proactive monitoring across dual Salesforce instances.
- • Contribute to Strategic Education, Inc.'s mission of advancing economic mobility by enabling seamless cross-system capabilities and strategically sequencing platform roadmap initiatives that support workforce upskilling and accessible education.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience working within Agile project teams
- • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum or project manager
- • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- • Certified Salesforce Admin (required)
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
