This is a pivotal role where your expertise in the Salesforce platform will directly contribute to driving measurable value, speed, and scale for our sophisticated clientele.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring a seamless Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle that empowers sales teams and enhances revenue generation. You will also be instrumental in configuring and refining Service Cloud functionalities, focusing on efficient Case Management and Knowledge Base utilization to elevate client support operations.
  • • Beyond these core areas, you will be challenged to expand your impact by driving adoption and expertise in a third strategic Salesforce pillar. This could involve delving into the complexities of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for intricate pricing scenarios, leveraging Experience Cloud to build robust partner or customer portals, or harnessing the power of Data Cloud and Analytics to provide comprehensive, data-driven insights.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves championing data excellence. You will lead and execute vital data cleanup and governance initiatives, focusing on core objects like Accounts, Subscriptions, and Licenses. Your efforts in implementing effective deduplication logic and Master Data Management (MDM) practices will be crucial in maintaining data accuracy above the 90% threshold, ensuring reliable reporting and operational efficiency for our clients.
  • • You will be tasked with building and maintaining sophisticated automation using Salesforce Flows and validation rules. This involves translating complex business processes into efficient, automated workflows, thereby reducing manual effort and minimizing the potential for human error.
  • • Collaboration with our engineering team is key. You will provide essential support in resolving synchronization issues between Salesforce and external systems, such as NetSuite. Your goal will be to achieve a significant reduction in integration errors, aiming for over 90% accuracy and reliability in data exchange.
  • • This role demands strong client-facing skills. You will act as a crucial liaison, translating the nuanced business requirements of private equity operators into clear, actionable technical specifications. This includes meticulously documenting solution designs and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption.
  • • Furthermore, you will be encouraged to explore and integrate Salesforce's advanced AI capabilities, particularly Einstein. By leveraging these tools, you will enhance client productivity, improve reporting accuracy, and unlock new insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • • This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of deep technical understanding and strategic business acumen. You will be empowered to make significant contributions to client success, working within a dynamic, remote-first, and agile environment.
