📋 Description

• • As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Veradigm LLC, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategic vision for Salesforce solutions across our diverse portfolio of subsidiaries. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of business processes to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce ecosystems.
• • You will take ownership of the end-to-end design of functional Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and overarching business objectives. This involves translating complex business requirements into well-architected solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture and security frameworks, optimizing for performance and maintainability.
• • A key responsibility will be leading technical design sessions, meticulously modeling business processes using industry-standard tools such as process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams. Your ability to independently drive multiple projects from initial planning through execution, analysis, and final communication will be crucial for success.
• • You will oversee and provide critical support for integrations with a variety of platforms, including but not limited to New Voice Media, Zuora, Slack, Outreach, Drift, and Marketo. This also extends to custom applications built on the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• • Collaboration with middleware teams will be essential to maintain and optimize integration processes, particularly those involving iPaaS solutions like Boomi or equivalent technologies. Maintaining the integrity, performance, and consistent information flow of our data models across all integrated systems is paramount.
• • Beyond technical architecture, you will play a vital role in user enablement and platform governance. This includes providing hands-on training and comprehensive enablement to Salesforce users, guiding them on core functionalities, new tools, and system enhancements.
• • Maintaining active Salesforce Application Architect credentials and staying abreast of the latest platform best practices and emerging features is a non-negotiable aspect of this role. You will proactively monitor production performance and system health, ensuring the stability and high-quality operation of our Salesforce environments.
• • Contributing to structured release management practices, working in close partnership with Scrum teams and leveraging tools such as JIRA and Git, will ensure efficient and controlled deployments.
• • While not strictly required, a strong background in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Quote-to-Cash processes will significantly enhance your candidacy. This includes designing scalable CPQ architectures, optimizing pricing engines, and leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash integrations across Sales Cloud, CPQ, billing platforms (like Salesforce Billing or Zuora), and downstream ERP systems.
• • You will be a key player in guiding CPQ technical governance, performance tuning, and the implementation of best practices within this specialized area. Mentoring teams involved in CPQ/Revenue Cloud solution implementation will also be part of your remit.
• • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be vital for effective stakeholder collaboration, requirement refinement, and presenting complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
