📋 Description

• • As an SAP CPI Consultant at Concentrix, you will be a pivotal member of the Catalyst team, driving intelligent transformation for our clients. This role is central to designing, developing, and supporting robust, enterprise-grade integrations that seamlessly connect SAP and non-SAP systems. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and the broader SAP Integration Suite to architect and implement complex integration landscapes, handling significant data volumes and diverse system interactions.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to translate intricate business requirements into functional and efficient integration solutions. This involves the end-to-end lifecycle management of integration flows (iFlows), from initial design and development through migration, deployment, and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining critical connections between SAP S/4HANA, IFS, QAD, Oracle, Salesforce (SFDC), and various third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency across the enterprise.
• • You will employ a wide range of integration technologies and protocols, including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, and SFTP. A significant aspect of the role involves designing and developing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations using Trade Partner Management (TPM), a crucial component for business-to-business communication.
• • The role demands a strong command of SAP Integration Suite capabilities, including message mapping, value mapping, adapter configurations, and sophisticated exception handling strategies. You will be responsible for implementing and managing security artifacts such as OAuth2, digital certificates, keystores, and user roles to ensure secure and compliant data exchange.
• • Proactive monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration processes will be a daily activity. You will utilize CPI's monitoring tools to identify issues, optimize performance, and implement robust error handling and reprocessing mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
• • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with functional teams, enterprise architects, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that integration solutions align with strategic business objectives and technical standards. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential for success.
• • You will also contribute to best practices in transport management, version control using Git, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions. This ensures maintainability, scalability, and adherence to industry standards.
• • This is an independent contributor role, requiring you to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication channels with Valmont IT teams and business stakeholders. You are expected to be proactive in seeking clarifications, providing regular status updates, and accurately estimating timelines and delivery dates (ETAs) for your deliverables.
• • You will be at the forefront of modern integration practices, working with cloud and hybrid integration scenarios.
