- • As a SAP FICO Analyst at FINN, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our financial systems, serving as a critical link between the Finance department and our broader technology landscape. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise in SAP FICO and strong functional understanding of financial processes, enabling you to not only ensure the day-to-day stability of our financial core but also to drive innovation and scalability through high-impact projects.
- • You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and continuous improvement of our SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP components and third-party systems. This includes overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain optimal system performance.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve acting as a functional lead for various projects, translating business requirements from the Finance team into technical specifications and solutions within the SAP FICO environment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments, including Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and IT, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.
- • You will play a pivotal role in standardizing and optimizing our End-to-End financial processes, making them more scalable and robust to support FINN's rapid growth. This involves analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices within SAP FICO.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This includes performing reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and providing support to the Finance team during critical closing periods.
- • You will be involved in the design and implementation of new SAP FICO functionalities, such as enhancements to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- • Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of SAP FICO documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals, ensuring knowledge transfer and system understanding across the organization.
- • You will also be responsible for conducting user training and providing ongoing support to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize the SAP FICO system.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process optimizations, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- • Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICO innovations and industry best practices, evaluating their potential application within FINN to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the technical infrastructure supporting SAP FICO is robust, secure, and aligned with business needs.
- • Participate in system audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- • You will be a key contributor to ensuring that our financial operations are not only efficient and reliable but also scalable to support FINN's ambitious growth trajectory and its mission of providing frictionless mobility while contributing to climate action.
