📋 Description

• Join Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, where you’ll play a pivotal role in simplifying international workforce management across 180+ countries through cloud-based SAP HCM implementations.
• As an SAP HCM European Payroll Support Manager, you will deliver expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring technical execution aligns with client requirements, Strada standards, and compliance specifications.
• You’ll customize SAP Payroll solutions for European countries (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands), conduct system testing, manage priorities to meet deadlines, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless project delivery.
• This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in SAP HCM architecture and HR business processes while leading go-live activities and contributing to meaningful, large-scale workforce transformation projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
• 2-3 successful HCM Support/Implementations
• In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll configuration (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
