📋 Description

• Join Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, as an SAP HCM European Payroll Support Manager to drive impactful workforce management across 180+ countries.
• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout SAP Payroll implementation processes, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements while customizing solutions to meet specific European payroll configurations.
• Manage project priorities, track progress, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and support go-live activities to ensure timely milestone delivery and system readiness.
• Work within a collaborative, values-driven team that emphasizes anticipating customer needs, owning outcomes, working smarter, empowering problem-solving, and caring about work that impacts millions globally.
• Develop deep expertise in SAP HCM architecture and European payroll systems (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands) while contributing to meaningful projects that span industries and regions with opportunities for growth and discovery.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
• 2-3 successful HCM Support/Implementations
• In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll configuration (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands)
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent
