- • Join Strada, a global leader in people, payroll, and technology solutions, as an SAP HCM Implementation Specialist focused on Payroll Hungary. This role is critical to delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services for multinational clients operating across 180+ countries, directly impacting workforce performance and organizational success.
- • Day to day, you will analyze client business processes using SAP HR modules (PA, PY, PT), configure and parametrize SAP payroll solutions aligned with Hungarian legal requirements, resolve complex functional issues, monitor HRSP implementations, prepare and execute test scripts, and ensure seamless deployment across Development, Test, and Production environments while adapting to legislative changes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven payroll experience with deep knowledge in SAP PY schema configuration
- • 4+ years of experience as a functional SAP payroll consultant
- • Advanced proficiency in both English and Hungarian languages
- • Deep knowledge of Hungarian Payroll and legal reporting requirements
- • Ability to perform work with quality, adhering to STRADA standards, including time management and deadline compliance
- • Knowledge of ERP methodology and Human Resources and Payroll Operations
